Ok, so we’re all lighting candles like crazy right now as a way to wind down from the day, set a relaxing mood, help recalibrate our thoughts / energy. It’s definitely something I did before quarantine, but not as frequently.

I rounded up a few current favorites, as well as a few I’m wanting to try. My favorite scents are more musky and woodsy — I love vetiver, sandalwood, frankincense, basically anything that smells like a campfire.

Na Nin x Goodwin Ipanema | This is by far my all-time favorite candle, and I was SO SAD when Goodwin closed and I can’t get it anymore. But I am excited to try the Na Nin Living Candle since it has similar notes.

Boy Smells Ash | The best campfire scented candle I’ve found. It literally smells like ashes, but in the most amazing way. I get compliments every time I burn it when we have guests over.

Mason Louis Marie No. 4 | I just ordered this candle because it gets so many great reviews about smelling exactly like Le Labo Santal 33 and I already love it. Smells so good!

Le Labo Santal 26 | Speaking of, if you want to splurge and just go for the real thing, here’s the candle version of the cult-favorite scent by Le Labo.

Norden Goods Ojai | This warming scent of frankincense and patchouli is so nice, plus I love the beautiful ceramic container it comes in for reusing once you’ve burned through it.

Jenni Kayne Cedar | Love everything Jenni Kayne and really been wanting to try this candle ( one of Oprah’s Favorite Things ).

Lauren’s All Purpose | I’m a huge fan of LAPS salve so naturally want to try this candle version.

Apotheke White Vetiver | I love Vetiver and have heard great things about this one and really want to try it.

IKEA Unscented Block Set | This set of 5 unscented pillar candles is perfect for when you want to up the ambiance but not be overpowered by the aroma or mix different fragrances.
